Methods

Step 1 : Remove stringy sides of snap peas
​
Step 2 : Slice the mushrooms and carrots
​
Step 3 : Cut baby sweetcorn to bite size
​
Step 4 : Slice red chilli and discard the seeds
​
Step 5 : Slice garlic
​
Step 6 : Heat oil and brown ginger and garlic
​
Step 7 : Add in carrots and sweetcorn
​
Step 8 : Add hot water and cover to simmer for 3 minutes
​
Step 9 : Add in mushrooms, snap peas and red chili
Step 10 : Finally mix the vegetables well with mushroom sauce
