The Recipe's Story
I concocted this Herbal Tea for my niece Linda whenever she is down with a cold
This brew helps to ease her cough and painful throat infections. Linda is severely allergic to painkillers.
Can you imagine not being able to take a Panadol or aspirin for a headache or a cold? It is life threatening for her.

I witnessed it once and it sure scared the hell out of me.
This brew is boiled with Ginseng roots, chrysanthemum, citrus peel, kum quat, (preserved tangerine) and dried salted prunes. All have been shown to have antioxidant properties.
During the flu season I drink it once a week.
We wait with bated breath on the outcome of how serious the Wuhan virus outbreak is.
It is a difficult time to contain the spread as the Chinese is estimated to make 3 billion trips during the lunar New Year!
In the meantime try the tea yourself!
