I can eat almost anything I want in moderation and not too frequently


Notice too there are no sweet stodgy foods in my list


Removing the sweet foods can help you reduce weight more successfully


And most important of all EXERCISE


Manage your stress and have adequate sleep (lack of sleep can make you put on weight)


Other tips for weight loss

Try to eat your dinner before 7 pm


Use small plates to help you reduce your serving portions


Think hard and decide where you are and where you want to get to


Set up a diary of your regime

Once you have set a goal start making small changes


Recruit your family and friends to support you


Give yourself a month to see how it goes


Plan your home cooked meals and your treats and maybe even indulgences. Let this plan be sustainable.


Set an easy to achieve goal for starters


Louisaz says weight loss is never easy. Only you yourself can make it or break it
