The good or beneficial bacteria keeps you healthy 😇. The bad (jerks and troublemakers) makes you sick and maybe die of diseases like cancer 👿
Gut bacteria is still a mystery and scientists are chasing hard and fast to find what how they contribute to our health

If they make such a big part of our body then it makes sense that they affect our health in more ways than one
A very interesting finding revealed that each and everyone one of us has a very different mix of bacteria. It can identify us like a unique fingerprint!! Amazing ?!!
