This morning I had a visit from 2 lady officers from the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority
I admire these officers reporting for work knowing that they are checking on high risk returnees
Well I was not going anywhere because it would be very selfish and arrogant of me to go out into the community during an isolation
I may cause some cruel and unfair deaths ☹️
I would really love a whiff of fresh air in my hotel room. I miss it so much

The next best thing is to remember my English high tea treat in a cool and crisp atmosphere at a tea lodge on top of Richmond Hill in south west London
The scenery is idyllic 🙂
Do watch out for the thieving crows. They are so fast at stealing the food off the plate

Facts about the virus

It is not known if the scarring is permanent
The WHO estimates one person in 20 will need intensive care treatment, which can include being sedated and put on a ventilator
Recovery time for mild cases may be two weeks
The more serious the longer the recovery time
Patients will also feel prolonged tiredness. They may also suffer from post-traumatic stress
Louisaz says stay positive as the difficult times will pass
