Jetlag is not pleasant because the sleep pattern is disrupted
One way to beat jet lag is to get plenty of sunlight.
My room with loft is 3.8 metres high (about12 ft).
I get plenty of sunlight through the tall window panes.
I needed a routine to make sure I do not become lethargic, unhealthy and depressed
Negative 😟 - Self isolation is not easy for human nature to adapt to
Positive 😃 - Set a Routine to maintain as much normality as possible
Wake up to music - "Oliver - Good morning starshine"

This song sets the tone for the day.
It greets the universe.
This is positive as it puts the whole situation into perspective.
Gives me hope to look beyond this scary crisis.
1. Stretching exercises - 10 minutes
2. Meditation - 45 minutes x 2
3. Exercise - 40 minutes Heavy hands walking using 2 bottles of 500 ml mineral water as dumbbells

Louisaz says use bottles of mineral water as dumbbells
This exercise was recommended to me by a doctor's wife. Belinda Koh is an accomplished pianist, fitness buff and youthful looking mother of 3 grown up children
This exercise has cardio vascular benefits. It is also weight bearing which helps in muscle strengthening, joint flexibility and stability
These benefits prevent falls and fractures
4. Exercise - 40 minutes Dance to disco music from the era of Swingin' London. Thanks to wizardry of IT.
All songs are available on YouTube
When I need a change I use the mirror and imagine dancing with my father. He was a good dancer. We love the Latin cha cha 💃
5. Update on the news regularly.
I think my parents are with me in spirit to help me through this lonely episode

I am served three meals a day.
I will not comment on food because everyone is doing their best under such trying times.
It's OK not to do anything
Facts about virus
To date there is a vacuum. In other words there is very little information about the virus.
Scientists and doctors are slowly unravelling more about the virus.
I will give you pieces of puzzle (POP) as soon as new findings are revealed.

POP
1. New Virus
2. First reported case 17 November 2019
3. No known cure
4. Causes pulmonary disease (attacks lungs)
5. Everyone can be infected
6. People who are more vulnerable to serious consequences
Elderly
Heart problems
Diabetes
Asthma
Obesity
High blood pressure
Negative - Reckless selfish people who do not stay at home and worse still gather in groups
Positive - Exercise at home to clean and ventilate lungs and exercise helps to improve heart health
Louisaz says let the virus just "POP" by and don't stay long!
