I am still jet lagged which means my sleep pattern is out of sync.
I am 7 hours behind Singapore time
The Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) checks in on me 3 times a day
I have to report my current position with my mobile
The hotel staff makes a check on my health at least once a day
Second day still not very orientated. I sleep when I need to
I am reading a book highly recommended by my English niece Gwen

New Finnish Grammar is a boring title but I take her word for it as she is an avid reader
This isolation is a good opportunity to catch up on my reading
Negative emotion 😟 – It gets boring after I follow through my routine
Positive Benefits of Reading😃
Improves memory and empathy
Takes away boredom and lifts my spirits
Reduces the chance of Alzheimer's later in life
Reduces stress, anxiety and depression
Increases vocabulary

That is a big heavy breakfast for me.
From the packaging I guess the meals come from an external caterer
Facts about the Virus (POP)

The virus (I think of it a nasty alien) is smart as it is very highly evolved
It invades by the easiest way- through the airways
The resting breathing rate is between 12 to 20 breaths per minute.
It is so easy for the virus to gain entry through normal breathing
Guard your eyes, hands and mouth as well
The virus hitches free ride through the droplets to the airways
Droplets can come from a cough, sneeze or just talking. Talking produces a spray like aerosol.
Help yourself eat healthy
Include orange yellow ones for your antioxidants
Vitamins A is found in orange coloured fruit and vegetables
Vitamin A supports the immune system and serves as a barrier (protective lining) to the vital organs
Include foods with good bacteria as they are friendly aliens

Fruit and vegetables packed with antioxidants

You have much to gain.
