Step 1 : Boil egg for 7 minutes to get the soft centre

Step 2 : Cut out the eggs

Step 3 : Slice the avocado

Step 4 : Cut the cucumber into curls

Step 5 : Spread a thin layer of cottage on each crispbread

Step 6 : Arrange the egg on the crispbread

Step 7 : Do the same with the salmon, tomatoes and sliced avocado

Step 8 : Sprinkle the pine nuts and berries

Step 9 : Drizzle tangy brown sauce onto the avocado
