Methods

Step 1 : Cut tau kwa into bite size

​

Step 2 : Slice garlic

​

Step 3 : Heat oil and brown garlic and ginger

​

Step 4 : Add in tau kwa, wolfberries and mushroom sauce

​

Step 5 : Mix well and remove from heat

​

Step 6 : Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander

The Recipe's Story

Soya contains a weak hormone known as phytoestrogen that mimics the real hormone oestrogen

Danggui ç•¶æ­¸ is a Chinese herb with weak oestrogen-like properties

Both foods may help to ease menopausal symptoms
