Step 1 : Soak mushrooms overnight and slice

Step 2 : Pour hot boiling water on to cashew nuts
​
Step 3 : Bring 750ml water to boil and add in the mushrooms and cashew nuts
​
Step 4 : Simmer for 45 minutes
​
Step 5 : Wolfberries may be added too
​
Step 6 : Serve in cup or mug

The Recipe's Story
Nuts contain Vitamin E which is an antioxidant.
As a person ages, their brain may be exposed to a form of oxidative stress (attack by free radicals) and vitamin E may therefore protect and support brain health.
Mushrooms may help slow mental decline.
