Methods

Step 1 : Pour boiling water onto the banana leaves to soften them
​
Step 2 : Spread a thin layer of otah paste on the salmon
​
Step 3 : Wrap in the banana leaves and secure with cocktail sticks
​
Step 4 : Heat a little water in the frying pan
​
Step 5 : Cover and cook salmon over low heat (The water prevents burning of fish)
​
Step 6 : Garnish with chopped spring onions.
